Single-sex K-12 school sports will be made unaffordable under a draft regulation released Thursday by President Joe Biden’s pro-transgender deputies.
The draft regulation released by the Department of Education allows schools to keep fair, single-sex sports– but only if the schools collect funds to pay lawyers and expert witnesses every time they exclude an opposite-sex “transgender” youth from a single-sex team.
Republicans have already announced their opposition to the regulation, which describes single-sex sports as discriminatory against youths who insist they have become members of the opposite sex:
The draft regulation is not in force yet. Once finalized, it can be brought to a judge, likely starting a legal battle that will be decided by the nine justices of the Supreme Court. The nine justices have already reinterpreted existing law to allow employees in a company to force other employees and managers to treat them as members of the opposite sex, regardless of reality or appearance.
The draft regulation says Americans’ recognition of obvious distinctions between the vast majority of male and female youths is not enough to justify the “exclusion” of opposite-sex players:
[School rules] that assume all transgender girls and women possess an unfair physical advantage over cisgender [sic] girls and women in every sport, level of competition, and grade or education level … would not comply with the Department’s proposed regulation.
The regulation says a school can protect a single-sex team from an unfair opposite-sex player, or the risk of opposite-sex injury, but only under a specific set of school justifications that:
…are substantially related to ensuring fairness in competition in that particular sport at the applicable level of competition and grade or education level [emphasis added].

He’s PLAYING WITH FIRE on this issue as the Soccer Moms (and dads) don’t mind their kids getting Groomed in the public schools, as long as they are ‘free’, but the government has NO RIGHT to lay a finger on their precious sports, as that is the only thing that most public schools even get right.
So Biden’s people are risking a FULL SCALE REVOLT against the public schools by shutting down their sports, and should instead just stick with Grooming and pathetic academic performances, as the vast majority of public school parents are fine with that.

For the millionth time I’m outraged by this sort of thing. What gives Biden (or any president) the right to make up rules all on his own? If Biden wants to impose a new rule or regulation, let him go before Congress and get a vote on the matter.

I’ve been actively involved with sports since I was around 4 years old. I have studied the rules as an official, coach, trainer and player and been involved with National Federation of High Schools, the NCAA, and local federations since I was 15 years old starting with Little League when I was 10 and as a player since I was 5.
To my knowledge, there is not one sport in the US, even if it is provided for women only leagues, that bans women from competing with the boys/men. And even if a sport is provided, the women can still compete with the men if they choose. You can’t say the same thing for the men as there are sports like field hockey, softball (fast pitch high school and college and as high as Olympic games), and girl’s little league softball that deny men entrance. So what does this have to do with equality? It has to do with pandering.

I used to play sports with boys up until the day I figured out they were just interested in seeing me run, or bounce, around the bases. And I thought I was one of them up until this development lol!
The fedwrak govermnt has NO place in education at any level. And eapecillay not K-12.
The Departmrnt of so-called “education” needs to be closed completlwy. It should never have been on the first place.
Even in the Soviet Union, athletic excellence was celebrated.
Within the last five years or so in our area of semi rural Pennsylvania, we have had a couple of girls’ soccer players at different schools moonlight as football placekickers and they were as accurate on extra points as any guy, one even set a school record of 30 consecutive PAT’s made.
We also had a thick, stocky redhead farm girl who was a softball catcher see meaningful playing time in football on the o-line and d-line for her team.
Several high school hockey teams have at least one or two girls playing.
So there are no shortages of opportunities for female athletes.
We don’t need failed dudes trying to cheat the system and beat up on girls or use it as an excuse to parade around the girls locker room.

Eliminating sports programs in schools would be a good first step in getting government out of schools entirely.
