If you don’t think posts will be used to get search warrants or in your prosecution when the time comes, you are very naive. Even the stuff posted here, often in jest (boating accident).
Then he needs to get a change of venue. Blue county jurors have a documented history of being bias and stupid.
There was video posted here at FR after this event that showed defensive shooting when the actor aimed a rifle at the people in the car.

This Perry thing is a true witch hunt style travesty of justice IMHO. Just gross. I’d suggest letters to Abbott over this one.

Judges can now ask “What does the guilty white defendent plead?” as scowling, hateful jurors get impatient to find the person guilty.
Heard in person: “People are so stupid now. Aren’t there some out there who have enough brains to know Trump has been a crook all along? He’s finally starting to get some his punishment.”

Greg Abbott must pardon this individual. Serial injustices inevitably will lead to vigilanteism. Destroying the justice system will have consequences. Republican had better act now.
There is no justice in the USA. An innocent man is in a car which is surrounded by a mad pack of savage subhumans. He fires to protect himself. He is arrested and convicted.
He had the right to kill them all. He was unjustly convicted.
Austin is a liberal city. It doesn’t belong in Texas.
The Governor has limited powers in Texas. The state RR Commissioner has more power. Not sure if either can help in this situation.
It was clearly a case of self defense, but it happened in Austin, so normal laws do not apply.
We are in a civil war, folks and government is the enemy.
