A federal prosecutor admitted in court papers that three D.C. Metropolitan Police Department undercover officers acted as provocateurs at the northwest steps of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

My Lord, this should be game, set and match.

Apparently video showing police behaving badly is cause to have the video suppressed—just because.

The lawsuit by police/sheriff deputies against the rapper who dared show them disconnecting his security cameras during a raid on his home, claiming it ‘invaded their privacy’ and held them up for ridicule comes to mind.

White blood cells are suppose to go after infections. When white blood cells go after it’s own host’s body it’s called autoimmune disease, similar to the way someone with a personality disorder is at war with themself. Our tolerance of marxism gave America AIDS. The patient refused to “drain” the infection and chose to live with the illness.

BS! These were not "DC Metropolitican Police." DC beat cops do and their bosses are like any other city police. They are not making national political decisions and schemes to embarrass Trump. Even their ultimate boss, the DC Mayor, would not do such, certainly not on her own.

Instigation was going going on, but they were not "DC Cops."

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial,

Exculpatory evidence is allowed to be presented to the jury publicly - having secret trials doesn't really cut it. This really isn't that hard

Does this mean that the guards in the DC jails could be dragged into it as ‘players’ in the ‘insurrection’? Maybe if we push this point we can get better treatment for the J6 Patriots.

If only the Republicans were in charge of the House, the public could gain access to those recordings.

Liberal thugs in ‘intelligent’ and the capitol police department felt it was OK to encourage violence because they hate half the American people - the half that self identifies as ‘conservative’.

If undercover thugs/intelligence had done the same at a gay pride event - encouraged violence - and were ‘outed’ I’m sure the press bimbos and pretentious ‘men’ of the New York Times and Washington Post would have ignored the story for over two years too.

Lot of harrumphing here. The case is essentially that exculpatory evidence may be suppressed from public view if it makes the offenders look bad. One wonders how anyone trying to make this case can keep a straight face in court.

The Dems are trying to hang onto their Star Chamber with secret evidence, secret witnesses, secret testimony, and a cooked verdict pronounced triumphantly by dishonest media that prevents any consideration of the evidence other than their own. Anyone trying to count the number of violations of American legal procedure here is likely to be overwhelmed by their sheer number.

While they may have been MPD employees, why does anyone assume they were working for Metrop Police at the time?

The DC Metro cops, rather than the Cap Hill cops, seem to be the main agitators. More politicized ...and racist, since Democrat machine politics is most likely how they acquired their jobs. Pelosi probably called in a favor.

Can someone paste the text where the federal prosecutors say what the cops did that was provocative? I don’t have an Epoch account.
