Ears are quite different. And shape of the face/head. I know people who have had plastic surgery, and this seems far different from changes they made.

See my #12. Seriously, unless you’ve seen it, you have no idea how amazingly different someone looks after they’ve come out of intensive rehab. My brother did.
Fetterman was probably a complete junk food junkie going in, likely a boozer or a druggie, too. I mean, that was apparent during the campaign. When you’re in a place where they don’t let you do what you’ve probably done to yourself for decades, and make you tow the line, trust me, you look almost amazingly different.
