Ailing Mitch McConnell is facing a devastating brain damage nightmare as a severe concussion may end the Senate minority leader’s political career after an astounding 38 years in Congress, RadarOnline.com has learned.
The Republican bigshot, 81, banged his brain in a terrible March 9 tumble at Washington D.C.’s Waldorf Astoria hotel — nearly four years after another serious fall forced him to have shoulder surgery!

Retire or Expire? Isn’t that the real question to ask?
He could get two votes. 😀
We ought to make a deal McConnell resigns if Fetterman does.
Right, it doesn’t spark fear with most Republicans, it sparks joy that this traitor might retire soon. His recent history is replete with traitorous actions against Trump, Republicans and the country..
LOL...yep. Right on his brains.
Kicked out of the Army for “optic neuritis”. The article is impossible to find now but I remember his officer commenting later “yeah it was an eye problem, he couldn’t tell men from women”. And his connection to the Kentucky Senator kept his record clean. I’d bet a paycheck he’s another closet Hastert.
In March 1967, shortly before the expiration of his educational draft deferment upon graduation from law school, McConnell enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserve as a private at Louisville, Kentucky. This was a coveted position because the Reserve units were mostly kept out of combat during the Vietnam War. 11–12 His first day of training at Fort Knox, Kentucky, was July 9, 1967, two days after taking the bar exam, and his last day was August 15, 1967. Shortly after his arrival he was diagnosed with optic neuritis and deemed medically unfit
After another serious beating er fall. 🙄
Guy can barely walk, couldn’t find more than 10 people to say he shouldn’t be the leader.
Would he appoint Matt Bevin, his previous challenger in 2019? That was a close race, as I recall.
Question is, who would replace him? Would it be one of his think-alike flunkie?
It's called the swamp for a reason.
“No laws establishing one (or two) political parties have any place in a representative republic”
Not only that, the Founding Fathers deeply opposed parties which they termed “passions”.
For this among many reasons, many Republicans and Conservatives will not be sorry when McConnell leaves the Senate.
Just what we need -- two Fettergoons in the Senate.
can we hope its fatal???
Sorry, I was talking about Senate leadership. Well, both. Kentucky gets a new senator, but the Senate “Republicans” need a new leader. For the moment, getting the latter is far more important than who is the new second senator from Kentucky.
Looks to me that Fetterman is 5150.
Check post 31. He let Obama have recess appointments. Refused them for Trump.
Fear.?
