I just saw something yesterday put out by the Federal government listing electricity rates in various US cities and regions. Hawaii and costal Kalifornia (I clearly recall San Diego’s figure) were,by far,the highest in the country...something like 4 times the national average.

I didn't realize the EV mandate has compliance stages. How does that work?
