Republican strategist Roger Stone has been talking about Hunter Biden on his "Stone Zone" podcast and Biden’s lawyers are not happy about it.
In a cease and desist letter sent to Stone, and exclusively obtained by The Floridian, Biden’s attorney Abbe David Lowell accuses the legendary political commentator of making “disparaging or false statements that would amount to defamation” his client, Hunter Biden.
Biden, the son of U.S. President Joe Biden, is at the heart of a scandal involving contents found on a laptop allegedly belonging to him. Emails and other correspondence showing financial malfeasance, drug use and drug dealing and possibly illegal activity involving the transportation of prostitutes across state lines was discussed on the December 9, 2022, episode of the Stone Zone podcast entitled “Garrett Ziegler and Tyler Nixon Expose Hunter Biden’s Dirty Secrets”.

I take it that the “discovery phase” would be the key phase of the trial?
I doubt the attorney would follow through with any court action. They just want Stone to hush and quit speaking of Hunter’s crimes. One thing they do not want is discovery.

Hunter would not only have to prove Stone lied, but he did so deliberately and with malice.

By suing the computer repair guy for releasing the data, Hunter admits the data is his. Why the term “allegedly” still being used is a bit over cautious.
My first thought was that the discovery phase would be a hoot!
In a just world Hunter Biden, his Dad, and many more miscreants would be hung by the neck until dead.

Of course Hunter’s 10% of “The Big Guy’s” 10% probably totals into over a billion so his lawyers are happy.
