The NYPD and US Secret Service are huddling to prep for Donald Trump’s possible indictment in Manhattan after the former president said he expected to be arrested Tuesday and called on his supporters to protest, law enforcement sources told The Post.
The FBI, state court officers and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office have also been kept in the loop on security discussions, with the Big Apple bracing for the worst after Trump, 76, urged his followers to “take our nation back” in light of his looming indictment, the sources said.
“We will use all of our available resources,” one NYPD source said Sunday, noting that the department’s Strategic Response Group — which responds to civil unrest and major events***
Officials from several agencies met on Sunday and are expected to confer again on Monday, according to sources.
Trump took to his “Truth Social” site over the weekend and said he expects to be indicted in Bragg’s ongoing probe into alleged hush money paid to porn star Stormy Daniels in the lead up to the 2016 election. Daniels claims she had an affair with Trump in 2006, which he has denied.
The former president’s online call to supporters has federal, state and local authorities on alert, according to sources.

The people who should be arrested are those that wrote BLM on the street in front of Trump Tower. If that’s not lawlessness, I don’t know what is. Oh yeh...I think it was the Mayor.
Protests accomplished nothing for Trump in 2021, and a lot of people are now unfairly imprisoned for their troubles. This is a bogus legal charge, and Trump has more than enough high-powered attorneys working on it to get this case laughed out of court. The people he’s asking to turn out and protest don’t get that kind of representation.

I wonder if any NYC cops will refuse to be a part of this setup to silencing peaceful protests and clear the way for Antifa to burn, loot and murder? Are there any decent cops left? Seems to me that with all the retirements and cops leaving the force that maybe the only ones left are lazy leftists willing to blindly follow the orders of Adams regardless of their constitutionality.

By the way, allied foreign intelligence services are the ones doing the actual recruiting, organizing, and paying.
If Pres. Trump really wants to throw the Dims over the edge, all he has to do is say he expects the protests to be “mostly peaceful”.
It wouldn’t surprise me if there are little under-the-table deals offering perks or bonuses to do just that. Not sure if any will refuse. Those who might would probably be scheduled to work elsewhere or scheduled off that day.
