Merrick Garland recently warned the nation’s courts that they would be sending “thousands” of additional cases involving people who were allegedly part of the January 6 riot at the Capitol building. The DoJ didn’t waste any time making good on that promise, bringing charges yesterday against Elliot Resnick in New York City. But Resnick’s case comes with a twist. He doesn’t deny that he was in the Capitol Building that day, but he was the editor of The Jewish Press, an Orthodox Jewish newspaper in the Big Apple. He was covering the rally and the subsequent incursion of the building. So how are they justifying the arrest of a member of the media? Resnick allegedly “grabbed the arm” of a Capitol Hill Police officer briefly when he was pepper spraying some of the protesters. (Associated Press)

Since the 40,000 hours of J6 video is about to be released to the public, the FIB needs to get as many people into the legal system as possible to clog up the court calendar and deny due process for everybody charged.
I was on social media asking if there were any busses going from NY to DC for the J6 rally. This was a few days before the rally. No one from America’s largest domestic terrorist organization, the FBI, contact me- yet.
Most of us here think the J6 participants are being excessively punished.
BUT how many others who are voters think J6 was an insurrection and the participants are getting what they deserve?
Elections are determined by what voters on all sides think.
Our candidate must win some of those over, and the best way of doing that is to avoid talking about J6.

if they don’t, someone may start to ask questions why so many were there that day... to demand an audit of the election.
an audit that would result in the discovery of the election fraud and the democrat leadership as culprits.

I noticed that the surveillance videos are already old news. We just move to a new subject.
Merrick Garland, America’s Felix Dzerzhinsky, is head of the American Cheka. He won’t be satisfied until EVERYONE who attended the Trump rally and the later rally at the Capitol, is under arrest.
