Actual Russian fighters such as the Su-27 family and the Mig-29’s not so much. They are however ruggedized to operate off of primitive airfields though.
As far as bullet proof, there is the Mi-24 Hind, Mi-28 Havoc, Ka-50 Hokum, and the Su-25 Frogfoot that have plenty of armor.

I’ve been watching this shit off, and on since about 6:30 this morning. The videos that are currently circulating, are not the same videos that were released this morning. The Pentagon’s claim that the prop was damaged, and that’s what caused the drone to “screw” into the Black Sea is horse shit.
In the original video, after the “strike”, you can clearly see that there’s no damage to the drone’s propeller. The vertical stabilizers on this drone extend out beyond the rotation of the prop. Therefore, one, or both of them would have been struck/destroyed before the prop was hit. If that occurred, the drone’s flight characteristics, and it’s straight, and level flight would have been instantly altered. None of that happens. We’re also dealing with a turboprop engine that’s spinning at several thousand rpm. As that’s the case, how is it that only one of the four prop blades is damaged in the “strike”? And, how are we not instantly seeing vibration, and a shaking in the image when the balance of the prop shaft is compromised?
In the videos that have been (altered) released this afternoon, after the “strike”, it goes momentarily to what resembles an old school test pattern when channels signed off for the evening. When the signal/video returns, we now miraculously have ONE damaged prop blade in the feed.
This makes me think of Ricky Ricardo when he says to Lucy.....”you’ve got some splaining to do”. ;)
I forgot to mention that in the newly (altered) released footage, the prop has been “feathered”, and there’s also no sign of the yellow, fresh paint on the prop tips.
An iPhone has been able to do 100 hz for a long time now. An iPhone could absolutely capture that frame by frame in slow motion mode.
Maybe, when the ONE blade is hit, it stops the rotation until the wing is out of the way.
