Sen. John Fetterman’s health is reportedly improving but he could remain hospitalized for up to two more weeks as doctors work to get his medication “exactly right.”
“John Fetterman is making progress in his recovery from clinical depression and could leave Walter Reed within next two weeks,” CNN congressional reporter Manu Raju tweeted on Tuesday.
“The senator’s physician recently informed him that he will be ‘as good or better than his best days post-stroke,’” Raju added.
Fetterman’s lengthy hospitalization at Walter Reed has been the result of his doctors “trying to get his ‘medication balance exactly right,’” according to Raju.
“For instance, doctors learned his blood pressure med was too high, which may have contributed to dizziness when he went to GW hospital last month,” the CNN reporter said.

I don’t get it.
Shapiro will just appoint a Deep Stater.
What’s the problem with just admitting Fetterman is pinin’ for the fjords?
A replacement with an operational brain... might have thoughts of their own. This way, they get the guaranteed vote and can even put forward any legislation they want.
Or is the problem that a resignation/death before August still requires a special election?
Shapiro will never appoint anyone who would think for himself.
That’s why Shapiro was installed.
Only in America, folks
Yeah right. This is Lucy with the football
You know what, I’m mad as hell that that piece of trash is getting free medical care in an institution that was designed to serve our military heroes. It’s a disgrace that he was even ‘elected.’
He'll be back on his oversized feet in no time.
Yes, after August, Fetterman will say he tried but cannot serve.
Shapiro appoints a replacement that serves until 2024.
Trying to get the meds right?
FACT is, he’ll never get right, no matter what meds and how many he gets.
Bigger fact: he was never right, and has always been wrong, no matter what medical condition he’s suffering from. The mind is a terrible thing to waste, but then, he was always a waste.
Two weeks is like 10 minutes when trying to get depression or bi-polar drugs correct.
There is also no such thing as “exactly right” when medicating mental illness.
I hope they flatten his curve.
“trying to get his medication balance exactly right” means he is not responding well to his medications. They have to keep tweaking it to see what works.
He’s dead, Jim.
Sure, two weeks to “flatten the curve”. What did that turn into, nearly two years?
Fetterman HAS to be kept concealed, he is brain-dead if not expired altogether. Got to keep the narrative together.
Ticks me off as well.
"Do I have to say it?"
