'To be abundantly clear, it is not a crime to give someone the finger,' a Canadian judge wrote in his ruling.
Heh... America's 'largest nat'l park' gives the OK to flip someone off.

Ok but can you pray silently near a abortion mill?

How about if “I bite my thumb at you?”
Or maybe stick my thumb between my index finger and middle finger at you?
Or just flip my four fingers at you? Does that make the insult four times as strong?

I remember an old skit done by Rich Little. I think he was mimicking Jack Nicholson playing the president in the 1980s: I've got one finger on the button, and one finger for Mr. Gorbachev.

Try giving it to that “judge” and see what happens. Canada is our future should we not begin to give the left some existential worries.

Wow, I didnt think that was possible in Canada any longer. I expect it to be overturned by a higher court or authority. However I hope it stands.

Try giving it to that “judge” and see what happens.Yep. It would have been great, though, if the prosecutor had flipped the judge the bird as soon as the verdict was given.

In America, those are expressions — AKA free speech. If you cannot do that anywhere else, blame your parents for their choice in birthing you in the wrong country.
Free speech is a natural right (Gawd given to the folks who have made their decision), as is the right to defend you life by any means possible. Those are not rights granted by a gov’mt. You get them when you pop out.
Anyone telling you differently is the type of person who would readily rat you out to the tyrants.

I don’t disagree, but it’s rude. Retaliation requires two fingers. 😂
What’s with Canada these days. 40 years ago I would expect disagreeing neighbors to skip the bird flipping, drop the gloves, fight, and hope a hockey game would breakout.

No "Free Speech" in a court of law! (Nor should there be!)

Nor should there be?? Seems to me that freedom of speech is extremely important in a court of law.
