Oklahoma has rejected recreational marijuana, per a vote Tuesday on State Question 820. The Associated Press called the race with the "no" votes up by more than a 60 to 40 percent margin just after 8 p.m. Tuesday.
State Question 820 would have legalize recreational marijuana for adults 21 and older. If passed, SQ 820 would have gone into effect on June 5

Smart move, legal dope has messed up Colorado. Just legalized this year in New Mexico, and there seems to be a weed dispensary on every corner in Albuquerque.

In NY pot legalization comes with a nine percent tax for the state and four percent for local govrnments.

I voted Yes and would probably do it again due to the goofball reefer madness campaign against. Other than that I don’t really care as our medical weed system works great has lower tax and higher permissible quantities. Just the tax saving alone is worth it for me.
