It's toothless and they all know it, that's why. The executive branch is in exclusive control of all classified information and congress can't declassify a single thing through legislation.

Well, I will concede that determining the MOTIVE will be difficult.
Does it Matter? Well here’s the other concession I will make... The end result is STILL death, pain and suffering regarless of motive.
But in western law, MOTIVE is taken into account. The punishment for accidentally killing a pedestrian while driving vs. deliberately ramming a car onto the pedestrian to kill him is different.
For example: On the night of November 6, 1963, two days after her 17th birthday, Laura Welch ( now Mrs. Laura Bush ) ran a stop sign and struck another car, killing its driver. The victim was her close friend and classmate Michael Dutton Douglas.
Did she go to jail ? What was her punishment?
Now, consider this other case, On November 21, 2021, Darrell E. Brooks Jr. deliberately drove a sport utility vehicle (SUV) through the annual Christmas parade in Waukesha, Wisconsin, United States, killing six people and injuring sixty-two others.
In both cases, people died. But I’m sure, if you were a juror, you would mete out different degrees of punishment in these two different cases.

First went to Europe and then to New York City and all Western countries.
Many many flights to spread the death weapon to the world.

Remember in late January when Trump decreeded that no flights from China would be allowed to come to USA?

He stopped the use of Hydroxyclorquine and Ivermectin because they would cure or prevent infection.

I have long held and put up more than one post suggesting that it was the Democrats who asked the Chinese to release a ‘little something’ in 2019. Knowing full well Trump is a germaphobe.
Dr. Fauci is the only one who could ‘pull that string.’ Recall how Pelosi paraded through Chinatown and how they mocked Trump for him shutting down flights etc. I maintain that Fauci not only knew, but orchestrated this little fiasco of a pandemic to get Biden into office.
