Yeah, the plans are coming together. The invasion force is nearly all kitted out and ready to go to war. Navy, Air Force and Army are ready to slaughter a much smaller nation and the ENTIRE world community, from the UN, on down, with not do ONE DAMNED THING ABOUT IT!!! If the US sits on its hands, they are toast. The Reds will bomb it flat and start over there with an influx of people with GOOD SOCIAL CREDIT SCORES.

Taiwan is 67 miles from the nearest Japanese island, and “neutered” Japan has a better navy than China does. Apart from that, Brandon has publicly pledged (while visiting Japan) to defend Taiwan. A Chinese invasion ain’t gonna happen anytime soon. Threads like this one are just red meat to get gullible people excited.

I think China plans on reunification using peaceful negotiations and an increasing One China Taiwan Legislature. A lot of their emphasis will be to place doubt in Taiwan of their reliance on the U.S. and West.
I always thought China would strive to orchestrate conditions (locally and perhaps globally) that Taiwan reunifucation with the mainlaind would be a desired state: A powerful economy; a capable military; programs (such as their continuing efforts in space) with the capability to achievegrest things; erstwhile allies that are economically, culturally, and militarily bankrupt... Why _wouldn’t_ Taiwan want to rejoin the mainland?
I thought China might even sweeten the idea by allowing the two Koreas to reunify under the South’s government. Perhaps leaving a small buffer state between the South and the China/Russia borders to prevent...misunderstandings.
But China seems to be in a bellicose phase, despite the West’s troubles, and is leaving reunification via military operations the foremost option.
They are doing well using Fentanyl. For those doubting it is their intent, they fought the Opium Wars and lost. What better retribution for them than to bring down the US with drugs.
