Sen. John Fetterman’s (D-Penn.) staff has released an update regarding his condition. Fetterman remains hospitalized at Walter Reed Medical Center as he undergoes treatment for clinical depression.
It’s not a very detailed update.
“We don’t have a lot to update folks with since there’s no real news to report except that John is doing well, working with the wonderful doctors, and remains on a path to recovery,” Fetterman’s communications director Joe Calvello said in a statement. “He is visiting with staff and family daily, and his staff are keeping him updated on Senate business and news.”
“We understand the intense interest in John’s status and especially appreciate the flood of well-wishes,” Calvello added. “However, as we have said, this will be a weeks-long process and while we will be sure to keep folks updated as it progresses, this is all there is to give by way of an update.”
The update comes on the heels of a rumor started by radio host John Cardillo that Fetterman “is essentially brain dead and it’s being hidden because keeping him in office until August 18th avoids a special election which Republicans would most certainly win.”

Recovery is never a word used in the treatment of clinical depression.
However, it is a word used in the treatment of attempted suicide.

Democrat or not ... having had family in and out of the hospital often the past several years, we are praying for the dumb schmuck.
Every time I read a story like this, I am so embarrassed by my state. We literally elected Weekend at Bernie’s to the Senate.
Even at his best, Fetterman couldn’t handle a debate with Maxine Waters, let alone someone with some intelligence like Ted Cruz.
I agree. If it were primarily depression, we would be hearing every day about how important it is not to “stigmatize” mental illness, and how we should be spending billions more on it. No doubt he has been in post stroke decline, and no doubt he is depressed about it, but they won’t tell the truth about any of it.

His physical. or mental, problems are a coverup in my mind. They are using Fetterman’s hospitalized problem to overshadow Biden’s being able to run around loose being just as demented as Fetterman. I believe it’s call, “The art of misdirection.”

Well, he shouldn’t be depressed. His approval numbers are still way above Biden’s...and he’s getting more accomplished than Pete Bootiejudge.
Correct. The Real Deal is serious business. Different from the ennui and pathetic whining so common around us. The situation here, though, does seem to be that depression is being used as a cover for a debilitating medical condition. Per his agents, it will be a “weeks-long recovery”. Seems pretty obvious that the stroke that took him out a few months back did some significant damage, and/or that he has had another one that has left him completely without his faculties. Sickening that the soulless ghouls in the democrat party pushed him into the office he now (incredibly) holds.
Why would any clear thinking individual accept one word that comes from the leeches surrounding him?
