Yes. We have a much more pervasive and invasive reconnaissance and spy capability. Theirs is almost childlike compared to ours. We really have become absolute experts in conflict and war over the last 25 or 30 years. The Russians don’t have very much experience in it, and aren’t engaged in wars around the world like we are, with the exception of Syria where their ally requested help from our Isis terrorists. So they really aren’t very good at it like we are.
