I don’t know if there is a rule that being a witch disqualifies someone from serving on a Grand Jury. There ARE rules about lying about being unbiased.
Maybe she secretly supports trump....and is trying to help him with these interviews..I am joking but sheesh...she really is screwing up.
There are also rules about members of the Grand Jury giving interviews to the media and discussing details about an ongoing investigation.
