Footage shows the moment a 13-year-old boy was fatally shot by police after he hijacked a car and hit into the officers' squad vehicle in San Antonio, Texas.
Andre 'AJ' Hernandez was driving a stolen Toyota Corolla and threw the car in reverse, hitting the cops after they approached on June 3, 2022. Newly released clips from the fateful night now show the teen being shot.
He was shot by officer Stephen Ramos, who was responding with a partner to reports of gunfire involving the red vehicle. He fired once, wounding Hernandez in the abdomen. This shot turned out to be fatal.

What has happened over the years two policemen’s options instead of going to use of force with a deadly weapon?
The police have been stripped of other options of using Force such as pr24 batons, steel toed boots, certain sprays, any number of things we have taken away from the police. Yes those were painful to use on the perpetrators but it was probably better than a bullet and here we are... we’ve stripped them of any option of going through the use of force ladder, with reduced options of a taser which can be very deadly or sidearm, or rifle or shotgun. I think we need to bring back some of those tools which were effective yet could cause pain if the perpetrator so desired to exercise certain options.
May be wrong but I think TDM pays for stories. If true, this is like the NYT and the other leftist outlets.

There is no way a responding officer can determine whether or not the driver is a teen or adult while driving a stolen car at night.

I hold the mother (shown in picture) more responsible for this kids death than the officer.

He hijacked a car and tried kill police officers with it. The police are just supposed to let that go and not defend themselves?
Hijacking is not healthy for children and other living things.
Proof that young hoodlums have intelligence and can learn. They readily learn how to break into and hot wire cars from their criminal mentors. You just wish they would put as much effort into learning at school, and maybe they wouldn’t be running around at night in stolen cars getting shot.
There was also the risk that the perp would have taken off in the car and gotten into a serious accident which could kill multiple innocents.

My wife just commented back that quote from the black mother “my son shouldn’t be killed just because he was out robbing houses”. sarcasm of course.... That is what these non-civilized humans really think...
