TRUTH Social ^ | 02/19/2023 | Donald J. Trump

Posted on 02/19/2023 9:50:01 PM PST by Trump20162020

Ron DeSanctimonious wants to cut your Social Security and Medicare, closed up Florida & its beaches, loves RINOS Paul Ryan, Jeb Bush, and Karl Rove (disasters ALL!), is backed by Globalist’s Club for NO Growth, Lincoln Pervert Project, & “Uninspired” Koch — And it only gets worse from there. He is a RINO in disguise!, whose Poll numbers are dropping like a rock. Good luck Ron!

Go back and look at the executive orders issued by Ron DeSantis himself in 2020.

Why? He was only following what President Trump told him to do. PERIOD.

How many individuals or business owners faced a single penny in fines or sanctions because they violated those guidelines?

There were plenty, but you have NO comprehension about how the federal/state regulatory regime works.

The state governors could not impose their dictates without those CDC guidelines being in place first. If Trump had not ordered their release on March 16, then the governors could not have legally or politically ordered their own shutdowns afterward.

Trump ENABLED them! How hard is that for you to understand?

True, but I’ve lost any hope he’ll stop. He’s been doing it for months now. Very sad to watch him self-destruct like the tape machine on Mission Impossible, smoke coming out his ears. Very sad indeed. I voted for him twice, defended him probably longer than I should have, but he’s lost me now.

Those in my family and circle of friends and acquaintances are the same. Once strong supporters, they think he’s gone round the bend and lost the plot.

Trump attacked Kemp for opening GAlooooong after DeSantis closed beaches. Trump fudges the truth almost as well as a Democrat!

Here's how I know both of you are full of crap on this ...

As I've said before, I have been dealing with COVID-related idiocy since March of 2020 for business reasons. So I've paid close, meticulous attention to every single mandate, restriction and lockdown order that could potentially affect my company.

1. On the one hand you claim that governors ceded their authority to the CDC when they imposed lockdowns and mandates in 2020.

2. These same governors have been clamoring for the last year and a half to get business owners to force employees who had been working from home since March 2020 back into their offices.

3. And yet the CDC still has a COVID "state of emergency" in place to this day.

In other words, you are willing to allow governors to selectively cede their authority to the CDC when it suits them, and to ignore the CDC when they now realize what a disaster they've made of their states.

That's baloney ... and over the last three years I've repeatedly called out clients, vendors, fellow business owners, and representatives of various government agencies (and other FReepers, too) to expose this blatant hypocrisy and irrationality.

You obviously have no idea about what you are talking about and are in deep denial over Trump prime roll in the shutdowns, so there’s no point arguing with you about it anymore.

If Desantis doesn’t run and trump is the GOP candidate I doubt I will bother to vote for Trump this time. This crap is tone deaf, jumped the shark territory.
*******
Please don’t punish America over Trump being his own worst enemy. He’s way better than any Democrat.

Please get informed on these things.

The first COVID-related executive order issued by Governor Ron DeSantis in 2020 was dated March 1st of that year.

In that one he cited the World Health Organization as the apparent authority in dictating Florida's public health matters.

Do you really want to go down this road?

I never once mentioned the CDC. I gave you a link where the nationwide nightmare started on Trump's release of NATIONWIDE lockdown guidelines on March 16, 2020. Yet you want to act like that day never even happened.

Did Trump issue NATIONWIDE lockdown guidelines on March 16, 2020, or not?

Assuming you'll even admit that, everything else AFTER was a domino effect.

Scared to link it? Let me guess, it has NOTHING to do with lockdowns.

The governors of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut issued their first restrictions (they closed restaurants and bars) before the Trump administration released any guidelines.

In fact, they complained about the lack of Federal guidance when they issued these stupid lockdown orders themselves.

The governors of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut

No surprise. Has NOTHING to do with lockdowns in Florida by DeSantis, which only happened AFTER Trump's lockdown guidelines were issued.

There's even reports out there that Trump had to call DeSantis to convince him to lockdown. Do you need me to do dig those up for you too?

Yes! THIS! But all he does is whine about 2020 and attack DeSantis. So sad.
