So, I guess river navigators are the latest assault on property rights.
We own property on a federally protected river.
The state wants to further “protect” it by developing a state park so that
masses of people from all over can enjoy it and float its pristine waters.
They also want to stop the access of local cattle farms to the river for their cattle.
Personally, I prefer the cattle.

I live on a “scenic” river.
Believe me. The cows are better.
They just tried to make it illegal to build within 300 yards of this “State and national scenic river.
Scenic river in Ohio means someone has picked out most of the old tires and trash. Nothing scenic about it unless you look at a brick wall all your life.

I don’t blame you.

Nah, I’m not a big fan of Uncle Sam coming in and taking over
everything. Somehow folks got along fine before, without him
weaseling in.
