Thomas actually bases his rulings on what the Constitution says, not what it should say. Liberals, who don’t believe in following the Constitution, find this controversial.

I’ve had the pleasure on several occasions to spend some time with Justice Thomas. You will not find a more intelligent or humble man. His knowledge of the Constitution and Federalist papers is massive! I could sit and talk with him for hours.
