The family of an Oakland baker and former publisher who espoused anarchist beliefs believe that the thieves who killed her in a daylight robbery and assault shouldn't go to jail and her death shouldn't be used to argue for more police.

The victim’s family should have an open door policy (if they don’t already), where the criminals just walk into their home and take everything from them, including their house.
When criminals are invited to commit crimes, then, that’s what they’ll do. Families such as the one above, don’t deserve to live in organized civil society, because, they’re aiding and abetting the criminals, and everyone around them will also suffer the consequences ot the family’s stupidity.
Destruction of the middle class, manufacturing jobs, and an economy that facilitates the formation of families is a big part of it. There is no longer a foundation of common civic life. Also, the major institutions are being erased and history is being rewritten. Building are being renamed, statues are being torn down.
The video interviews of the people who knew the victim were pretty telling. I perceived a complete lack of remorse in the affect of these people. None showed any genuine grief, remorse, or outrage. It was all boilerplate phrasing, fake tears over the demise of the cupcake lady. I will assume that many of these respondents knew someone in the corrective system and thus they weren't that enthusiastic about persecution of the criminals.

I agree. Firing squad is better than jail.
Speedy execution did not stop murders, but it certainly stopped the murderers from murdering again.
If it happened to my wife or daughter I would also want to pursue alternatives to prison for the criminals.
A bullet through the head is a good alternative.
Fortunately people like that are fraction of a percent of our population......it’s only the lib media that gives them a voice and magnifies their actual numbers far beyond what theyvreally are.
Just like minorities......watching TV if you didn’t know better you’d think black folks are 50% of the American population not 15%......all thanks to a rabid liberal media.
Democrats are evil and stupid. One feeds off the other.
So does the left accept this kind of suppression of their vote? Or does her like thinking family get to continue to cast ‘her’ vote?
Our kids are all in their mid to late 20s. All are self-sufficient, have purchased their own homes, and are starting families of their own. I would feel like a failure as a parent if any of our kids needed to rely on us for living expenses at this stage of our lives.

Reading the article I can’t help but laugh at what an idiot she was from soup to nutz. I have no more sh!ts or f##&s to give for these destructive destroyers of all morals of decent society.
Her family should give every penny of their money begging effort to the guys that needed her stuff. Seriously. WTF did she chase them for?
