The sandwich is made with a tender filet cut from a whole, real cauliflower. I'm not a huge cauliflower fan but the other night we made roasted and seasoned cauliflower and it was pretty good.

While this sandwich doesn’t appeal to me, cauliflower is very versatile. My wife makes fried cauliflower as a topping over pasta.
Take cauliflower and some garlic, chop it fine in a food processor, mix with bread crumbs and fry it, and put it over pasta with grated cheese. Delicious.

Fried cauliflower is actually delicious. I'd love to try this.

Perfect analogy.
It’s really puzzling Chik Fil A would do this.

I make cauli steaks at home. Easy peasy and delicious.
I'd rather hear that Chick-fil-A is introducing cauliflower sandwich buns for their chicken. Lots ot pizza restaurants are now making GF cauliflower crusts. And they are delicioso.

Costco is offering cauliflower soup on its ready-made counter. Not bad. I’m going to grow some cauliflower this spring and try to find the Chic fil A recipe on the Internet. It looks straightforward but it has to come out crisp and, of course, the right spices are the key.

Is this from the Babylon Bee or what? If true, what led this company to believe that there is a demand out there for this vegetable as the prime part of a sandwich?

I’ll try most everything once.
Monkey brains, blowfish and tofu are examples.
Cauliflower, I like raw.

I prefer puréed cauliflower with garlic, real butter, white pepper and salt with a little bit of wasabi and cream over mashed potatoes any day

Fail
The line at Chick-fil-a is not there for cauliflower.
