I’ve had Stroganoff prepared with cauliflower instead of beef. It really was pretty good.

Wife bought a California Kitchen thin crust pizza with cauliflower crust, lower in carbs and calories. It was good and we didn’t really notice a difference.

“OK, I’ll make it as easy for you as I can. I’d like a cauliflower sandwich on a toasted buttery bun, no Chick-fil-A sauce, no dill pickle chips, and a cup of coffee.

“Now all you have to do is hold the cauliflower, bring me the toast, give me a check for the cauliflower sandwich, and you haven’t broken any rules.”

The Korean cheese steak & wing place near me sells fried cauliflower tossed in wing sauce. It is addictive.

No thanks. I’ll stick to chicken. This is starting to get really stupid. Like it’s healthy to eat deep fried cauliflower. It is to laugh.

“The rolls & deep fried cauliflower are the only things I miss about that place (den of snakes).”

Ha, ha...I must have worked there, too! The place I worked at four decades ago had the BEST cafeteria ever. It was a real leader in hiring decent chefs, using fresh ingredients, and having the best-ever salad bar. I visited our customers and contractors a lot and I still shudder remembering what their cafeterias were like. Canned, institutional peas (the giant two gallon cans) with that mushy texture and slightly metallic taste. Ugh.

I think the cafeteria kept me there two decades because it sure wasn’t the company.

As long as they don't try to pass it off as some sort of "impossible meat" thing, trying to sneak it past the customer. If it's cauliflower, says it's cauliflower and let the market, the customer decide if it's good.

I like cauliflower roasted with garlic and butter with a little ranch or french onion dip, its a good snack or appetizer (or app a teaser, as we call them here.)

I’ve come to really like mashed cauliflower as a a healthy substitute for mashed potatoes.......but it ain’t mashed potatoes by any stretch.

This new menu item will probably fly because chic fil a has quality food.

Chick-fil-A went food-woke long ago ... i used to love their cole slaw, but last time (long ago) I went into a Chick-fil-A, they’d DCed the cole slaw and the menu was dominated by a bunch of weird salads, like “Asian Fusion”, et. al. never been back since ... so, they can have all the cauliflower goop they want as far as i’m concerned ...

So, the starting price is $6.59 compared to their chicken sandwich which costs $4.85 where I live.

Brought to you by the ADOPTED son - who famously kneeled and washed a black man’s feet and apologized for slavery- and who also GOT RID OF THEIR AMAZING COLE SLAW. It is hard for me to trust them after they did this. Then they threw out their Cole slaw recipe so we can make it ourselves to appease us.

“Guests told us they wanted to add more vegetables into their diets, and they wanted a plant-forward entrée that tasted uniquely Chick-fil-A.”

BRING BACK YOUR COLE SLAW.

And your name is CHICK -FIL A, Not CAULIFLOWER FIL A

When they ban petroleum-based fertilizers, what will cauliflower production look like?

It will quite literally look like shit.

For anyone on Keto/low carb the roll is the problem in their sandwich, not the chicken

I used to bread cauliflower and cook the florets like chicken. I started with the little white boxes of cauliflower that had been blanched before freezing. You have to eat it pretty quickly after preparing, because it gets soggy awfully fast.
