I can visualize the Earth and everything around us hauling azz through the galaxy. I can see it exactly as it is in reality. To scale. That’s a lie, I can’t, you can’t and none of these morons pushing this silliness can. The notion that any of these fools can change the reality of the nature of nature by doing anything to change the “climate” is folly. They might as well insist that we agree that they have the ability to stop breathing because they think they can just stop because they say so and they won’t have any issues with that.

The dummies really think that they can go outside, look around as far as they can see and change what they look at. It’s insanity just like conjuring up the “fact” that a guy with a weiner is not a guy. Or cutting some boobs off makes someone an MMA fighter or NFL player. They are lunatics.

Groupthink insanity.

Buy as many as you have room to store. Gas stove hoarding alert.

“How does EPA have the power to do this?”

If the government wants to expand EPA power without going through Congress, then the ONLY way to stop them is through the courts...and that is why Trump (and other Republican) judges are so damn critical.

"preventing them from exceeding set levels of energy use per year.

The way I am reading that is...."They" the FEDS in the Energy Department..are going to LIMIT our use of Ovens...no matter what kind.

"Energy Department Corrupt Congress proposes efficiency rules for cooking devices after gas stove furor"

There! Fixed it.

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

Not only have the states never given the unconstitutionally big federal government the specific power to establish so-called “federal regulatory agencies” like Energy Department, such agencies run by non-popularly-elected bureaucrats that effectively weaken our constitutionally enumerated voting power, but also consider the following.

So-called “MAGA” House majority career lawmakers are probably going to let these faceless crook bureaucrats continue getting away with stealing and abusing 10th Amendment-protected state powers.

"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.

The bottom line...

All MAGA patriots need to wake up their RINO federal and state lawmakers by making the following clear to them.

If they don’t publicly support either a resolution, or a Constitutional Convention, to effectively "secede" ALL the states from the unconstitutionally big federal government by amending the Constitution to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments (16&17A), doing so before the primary elections in 2024, that YOU will primary them.

If the proposed amendment was limited strictly to repealing 16&17A, relatively little or ideally no discussion would be needed before ratification of the amendment imo.

With 16&17A out of the way, my hope is that Trump 47 becomes the FIRST president of a truly self-disciplined, constitutionally limited power federal government.

In the meanwhile, I'm not holding my breath for significant MAGA legislation to appear in the first 100 days of new term for what may still prove to be another RINO-controlled House.

Trump will hopefully do another round of primarying RINOs for 2024 elections.

So now we’ll take the compliance rules and be happy because they didn’t ban them.

“”The proposed rule-making would set new efficiency standards for both electric and gas cooking tops, preventing them from exceeding set levels of energy use per year.””

I can see futuristic adaptations, still using the gas stove appliance. Just like the Tesla with a gasoline electricity generator in the trunk, I can see adaptations that perhaps burn wood in a side chamber, and delivers the even, consistent heat to the stove top. Or, the chamber could burn good ‘ol coal.

The quote above is the backdoor method to implement control using the ‘carbon footprint’ insanity. I can just see it now. A daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and yes, LIFETIME carbon limit. Reparations for ancestral overuse will have to be calculated, especially for Caucasian, and CaucASIANS.

‘Efficiency’ is somewhat meaningless for a machine who’s only job is to heat things up.
