A growing portion of Americans think that the U.S. is giving too much support to Ukraine, as the Biden administration and other western allies have taken steps in recent weeks to escalate their backing of the country in its war against Russia.
About a quarter of Americans, 26 percent, think the U.S. support of Ukraine is too strong, according to a new Pew Research Center poll. It is a percentage of people that has steadily grown since the Russian invasion of Ukraine last year and has jumped 6 points since September.
The U.S. has sent billions of dollars to Ukraine to support its military in the war against Russia. In a $1.7 trillion spending package passed by Congress late last year, lawmakers included around $45 billion in funding for Ukraine and NATO allies.

It doesn’t matter who wins in RUS v UKR if we implode due to low IQ 3rd world demographics.
Well when a mini dicktator has the goods on you and your son what choice do you have but to hand over other peoples billion$?
good point
Besides Ukraine being a corrupted, bankrupt, welfare nation-Ukraine is now our 51st state. There are many US states that lay in ruin, and have received far less than 110 billion in tax payers money.
Imagine what it would be if it weren't for propaganda.

Slow learners. We need more short buses.
Just wait until US troops are inserted into Ukraine to man those tanks and Bradleys.
America provides too much support to Ukraine when compared with what the rich Euroweenies give. They have more dogs in the fight than we do. Pretty soon, American lives will be used as spare parts for what the Weenies lose. After that there will be a Marshall Plan 2.0 for the Ukes to which the Weenies will not contribute but Uncle Stupid will foot the entire bill.
Life is good.
In before the usual suspects start saying “bomb those Americans”....
More than whom?
The Hill
Probw leftist rags is they’re so full of it. Illogical. Deceitful
They want to say they reported on this horror. They don’t want to say ‘most’
But it is ‘most’. Most Americans don’t want this
Why didn’t Biden just arrange for Uk to take arms from Afghanistan. He gave 83 billion to them and 100 bil or so to z boy. Churchill in a hoodie ( got that from warroom)
They need another pearl harbor
I have a very good friend who recently left DC after years of doing scary and strange stuff in scary and strange places. He says that we need to support Ukraine but to me it’s nothing more than a DC money laundering operation. Just like it was with Obama/Biden.
Of note:
40% of Republicans believe we are giving too much.
17% of Republicans believe we are giving too little.
24% of Republicans believe the amount is “about right”.
The Republican party is split.
Trump’s next few statements will determine the party’s position on the Ukrainian War.
I don’t believe those statements will please the Ukrainian Loyalists.
It’s not just Ukrane. They are always thinking of new ways and places to spend my money.
Just 29 percent of Republicans and Republican-leaning independents think the war is a major threat.
As with most politicians chit changes from day to day.
Another way of reporting that is 74% of people don’t think US support to Ukraine is too strong.
Translation : More Americans Believe Ukraine is a Ripoff
