Something is missing in this narrative. How did a traffic stop escalate into pushing a driver to the ground? I’ve been stopped a few times by cops but they’ve never been less than civil to me even when they handed me a ticket.
This report is not showing the complete picture.

Five large PROPERLY TRAINED men, yes. Five large men who are emotional, unprofessional and undisciplined, NO. It doesn’t take much thought for one cop to grab one arm, another to grab the other arm and a third to apply handcuffs. ONE properly trained cop can do it in most cases. In this case it looks like the goal was to beat him into submission.

If you stay calm, be respectful, and keep your hands in sight, usually there are no problems. If you act like a maniac expect trouble.
No one has a right to resist an unlawful arrest.
Cops are trained to comply should they are ever wrongfully arrested.

The cops planned this but why?
They have all been arrested and charged with manslaughter. They were all fired from their jobs. What they did was unconscionable, inexcusable, and inhumane.
Yes. No one is that incompetent.
It was the cops who acted like maniacs.
Good thing for them you won’t be on the jury.

No marked police cars, half of them out of uniform. They gang stopped him on the street (kidnapping), went straight to jerking him out of the car (they knew exactly who he was) and beating his ass (murder). All by the numbers. Just Wow. Im gonna say that this is just as systemic if not more (strictly due to sheer numbers of black cops in the cities), as white supremacy is in the force. None of the 5 tested properly to be on the force. Another is convicted of aggression crimes somewhere else. What did I miss? My head really started spinning the second day in when I heard “Scorpion Squad”!
