This is the horrific moment police shoot an unarmed disabled man seven times after suspecting he had a hostage in his trailer.
Jason Harley Kloepfer, 41, from North Carolina, US, was shot in the chest and arm after Cherokee County police responded to reports of a gunfire on December 12 at around 11pm.
Cops believed Kloepfer, who identifies as disabled, was the alleged gunman and holding a hostage inside his trailer - despite being inside with his wife.
In the shocking footage, Kloepfer is seen inside the trailer opening the door to police.
Kloepfer, and his wife Alison Mahler, both raise their hands in the air to show they are unarmed....

“Kloepfer, who identifies as disabled,”
Oh, we can “identify” as disabled now?
I have a friend in Texas whose wife had a stroke and she was no longer able to continue her work as a RN, they went to Social Security and they went to court a couple of times and she was denied disability, but the drunks and the dopers qualified for disability.
Now that we can “identify” as disabled heck, maybe she has a chance now...
Or maybe the media is trying to normalize that “identify” BS.

This is because he was presumed guilty before they even arrived to the address, he was afforded zero benefit of the doubt. This universal unconstitutional presumption of guilt is becoming a serious issue. And this is why.

There are many that we never even hear about, or are covered up at the scene. no they are not all honest. This problem is more widespread than you can imagine.
This almost happened to my Dad and I about a year ago. He had dementia and moved wrong because his mind is not right and he cannot control his arm movements.
Just about got us both shot because of a taillight out. We were lucky that the officer stopped when I yelled “Stop! He has mental issues!”.

The worst part was Dad was the one who moved, but the gun was pointed at me because I was the driver. So I would have gotten shot first to prevent me from leaving even though I was obeying commands correctly.

What did he have in his hand when he tried to walk out of his trailer?
To: blueplum
Kloepfer was charged with Communicating Threats and Resist, Obstruct and Delay. "Delay"?

The video shows footage, from inside the camper, of authorities placing a robotic camera inside the camper. The footage then shows Kloepfer and his wife awake to find the camera, pick it up and go to open the door. Seconds later, officers fired several rounds at Kloepfer, who fell to the ground.
Cops we're almost never convicted of shooting people before video became common.
