I can’t help but wonder why, after these thousands of voluntary medical experts gave their time freely just to serve mankind, why is the daily clout now SELLING the book. Who will the sales profit go to and why?

You are a financial ignoramus. It costs money to do anything relating to media. They don't give bandwidth away for free. They don't give anything away for free.
All the gaslight press misinformation is "brought to you by Pfizer."
Why do they need Pfizer's millions of dollars? Why don't they give theirs away for free?
Whatever your answer is, the same applies to this.
If you worked for free you'd eventually starve, but you're too dumb to know that the same applies to everybody else.
