DOJ and their subordinate bureau the FBI, the CIA, the White House, Fauci, CDC, you name it. All will flip the finger to subpoenas for documents and witnesses.
And Congress can ask Merrick Garland to enforce contempt of Congress citations as the recourse.
This will be the new norm.
But Jordan can read between the lines.../s
Hold him in Contempt. And make them arrest themselves.

In fairness, we have independent branches of government and DOJ is under the Executive Branch, so this kind of hesitancy is natural. However, our system of government also includes each branch acting as a check against overreach by other branches. SO…..Just defund the DOJ until they decide to play ball (I know, the corrupt uniparty already funded them through September, but maybe there are procedural maneuvers that can be used to counteract that funding in some way, or at the very least make sure they don’t get a penny after September 30th unless they comply with Congressional requests).
