My cardiologist asked me if I smoked. I said no. He asked if I drank and I said yes. He asked -—— socially? I said no. He looked at me. I explained that I take 2 supplements before bed and I wash it down with 3 ounces of red wine. I have one of those plastic cups that applesauce comes in and I fill it 3/4 of the way up. I swill the pills down and go to bed. I am alone so it is not social. Makes sense.
