The United States cannot give Ukraine everything they need to win this war. They would need every weapon America has to defend itself. They would need complete air superiority. They would need hundreds of thousands of American troops ready to die in Ukraine.
China must be enjoying this. Let America completely deplete its weapons America cannot quickly replace. Let American leaders prove to the world (AGAIN) they have no stomach for direct conflict with a strong adversary.
What a scam. Send weapons to Ukraine so those weapons can be quickly destroyed. This clears the way for massive new military contracts for American weapons makers to build more weapons.
We left billions of dollars worth of weapons in Afghanistan for the same reason. We don’t have to actually win wars. It’s about future business and profits for the American military industrial complex.
