this was the NA coming out with this statement on 11 October. Which begs the question, who knew what when? And why isn't the NA librarian on the unemployment line already?
Where as the FBI decided PDJT’S lawyers could not be present while they rifled through his records and closets.
It’s futile to expect impartial treatment from this DOJ.
Do Biden’s lawyers have Top Secret security clearance to read such documents or should they also be arrested?
So what was the recently retired top government attorney doing at the Biden garage...that’s Dana Remus.
“The president’s lawyers and the DOJ discussed the possibility of having FBI agents monitor the search but later decided against it, “
That’s outrageous. Garland appoints a special counsel to investigate whether Biden mishandled classified material, when he himself allowed it to be mishandled by Biden’s legal team who did not have security clearance. Garland needs to be relieved of his position.
naturally ... that’s how fascism works: one set of “laws” for the fascists, another set for their enemies ...
They went through to destroy selected records that were incriminating.
The FBI and DOJ couldn’t be there for that.
I can’t think of another rational explanation. I am open to other ideas.
fair and balanced
These people are busy defending democracy. To question the classified document procedures and ethics equates to being a lying dog-faced pony soldier. Orange Man bad. Extreme Mega MAGA.
More corruption, just great.
Trump OFFERS TO LET THEM COME REVIEW THE DOCUMENTS, and they instead raid his home.
Now, what is NEW information this week is that it became known Biden had these documents before the election and before they raided Trump's house...
So.... Did they raid Trump's house first to make Biden look less bad?
Did any of those lawyers have the proper security clearance? Sure handled this way different than the Trump standard.
The chain of custody has been destroyed.
Corruption abounds in Democrat administrations.
Thought I recalled someone being interviewed saying the head of National Archives recently being changed. Sounds like political appointments. Would be interesting to know just when that change occurred.
I think the point being overlooked is why were Bidet’s lawyers, his personal ones, going through documents at the Oxymoron named think tank. My guess is they were culling through the files looking for stuff that might come back on Hunter and both their business dealings. Once the lawyers got them, they became attorney client stuff to boot.
My guess during this search, they came across the TS documents. Then the crap hit the fan.
Is that an aiding and abetting charge by willfully disregarding their duty to secure the documents and knowingly letting uncleared people have access to them?
