This started back in the 70’s when fashion adopted the unisex style of clothing. Actually it started by dressing every one down. Jeans and T shirts.

Wear what looks appropriate for the job, anything else is looking for personal attention and not focusing on the work. If it’s more important for someone to see you as the pronoun you prefer, you’re not serious about your job.

How about the top pieces of 3 part men’s suit (coat, vest, dress shirt and tie) and a mini skirt?

said El Layla Johnson, 33, a former restaurant server who is now a therapist. It's El Layla who needs a therapist. Of course, it's probably illegal in Seattle to seek help for sexual perversion.

My cashier at Walmart yesterday: hair on half of head black, other half cotton-candy pink, nose ring, “tribal” ear piercings, shadow mustache, name tag “Elliot” (as in Ellen Page). Also under 21 and very surly.
