J6 “Select” Committee has made its mess on the floor and is looking for a graceful exit. Could be just a little late for that.

I’m surprised the Feddies didn’t go to their old reliable standby, perjury.

It is very unusual for acquittals of Federal charges. Wonderful news!

A question for legal freepers, once congress releases all the video footage form Jan 6th, if there is exculpatory evidence can the convicted defendants get a second trial.
Additionally, can federal prosecutors be held liable for withholding said exculpatory evidence from the defense?
Or for making knowingly making false statements to the court when the governments own evidence shows they knew it to be untrue?

“I had accomplished my goal. I pled the blood of Jesus on the Senate floor. You know, I praised the name of Jesus on the Senate floor,” Black said in a video, according to an FBI affidavit. “That was my goal. I think that was God’s goal.”
Sounds like a nutjob.

His own and that of the Lord Jesus.
Apparently, it is part of his personal Christian belief.

I am not qualified to judge other's Christian beliefs.
I do not promote or deny them.
I note that you express a reasonable concern.

I am not qualified to answer those questions.
I suspect that the answers depend on what court is available when the Feds go Court Shopping.
Well, we better Hop To It!

I can’t believe that after two years we are still processing the January 6 violators in the courts. Isn’t it about time to put these prosecutions to rest?
To: usurper
I dont think so if they pled guilty, and 99% of them did, because they couldn’t afford to fight the FEDs.
