Former Department of Justice prosecutor-turned-pundit Andrew McCarthy argued Thursday that President Joe Biden has already admitted guilt publicly in the controversy over his handling of classified documents.
Earlier this week, it was revealed that documents with classified markings from his time as vice president were found at Biden’s former office at the Penn Biden Center, and at his private residence (near his prized Corvette).
Biden had no authority to maintain possession of the documents after leaving office. The contents are unknown but are reported to include sensitive intelligence briefings relating to Iran, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom.

He’ll be playing the “dementia” card in 3,2,1..
He’s already on video admitting to blackmailing a foreign
government on behalf of his son, using promised U. S.
funding as leverage.
Imagine if Trump had done that.
Too bad A. McCarthy’s track record on the validity of his “predictions” is so paltry. I think he’s really smart and insightful, but he has a way of condensing his well-argued view of reality into some picture of the future that has an uncanny way of not coming to pass.
Of course he’s guilty. Probably every president and high official has taken docs to his residence at some point. I remember CIA chief Colby was investigated because they found classified docs on his home computer.
Thats not the big deal. The big deal is that Biden has taken money and sold his office to any and all, China, Russia, Ukraine, Romania, he has cut deals for his family with DOD, and thats just off the top of my head.
Not one news agency and not one government agency is in the least bit interested. That could be because too many of his colleagues also have their hands in the cookie jar, or it could be that the agencies themselves are completely corrupted, or it could be that we’re a banana republic that has gone to the trouble to put a quasi-legal veneer over our corruption, or it could be that the voting public is as corrupt as their elected leaders and simply don’t care anymore.
My, my the shoe moved to a different foot.
Yup. Like all of us, he had a right to remain silent. He didn’t. He could have possibly even claimed that his staffers misspoke. But the admission came directly out of his own mouth. His Corvette WAS in a locked garage after all.
I really don’t think he has to.....isn’t the “special council” out of Maryland?......sounds like the fix is already in to me.
I can hear it now:
“after extensive investigation we have determined these events do not rise to the level of needing any further attention.”
“No questions please, this matter is now considered closed”.
*end of press conference*
He’s been good on FNC interviews last couple of days.
“His Corvette WAS in a locked garage after all.”
Biden has made some world class dumbass comments but that one is in the top 3 to be sure....maybe even #1.
Biden passing intel to the enemy as well as a mob type boss.
Fortunately brandons not smart enough to know when to STFU.
The theory that he’s been given enough rope to hang himself may actually have some merit.
I wish Trump woulda used that strategy during the presidential debate.
Just like with Killary, they will say something about “no intent” (even though we KNOW there was intent to cover his and Hunter’s backsides) and because of that (even though the law does not say the intent is needed for charges) they will let this die with a loud, thunderous, “Full cooperation...Case closed.”
You voted for him Andrew.
He would never admit it under oath. He’s the sleaziest of the sleaze.
“His Corvette WAS in a locked garage after all.”
Owned by Hunter Biden.
