That’s not an official talking point. That’s derangement syndrome blather.
I am not in government and just an amateur pundit. I don’t get paid to talk like she does. But even I know that in DC, there is way too much “over-classification” e.g. they classify anything and everything that they deem may be embarrassing, offensive, to cover up misdeeds, you name it. It’s not all national security stuff. Just because it is marked classified doesn’t mean it should be.
