So not just same (or worse since from VP days), but also known about before election.

Plugs has had 50 years to have collected various documents.

Trump was PRESIDENT - for a mere 4.

The cover story omits a key distinction: As President, Trump had the authority to declassify any documents, Biden did not.

Watch the pretzel logic that will come out of this.....all by the lib media and the dialog will almost word for word with what the Whitehouse says.

No one so far, has suggested that Biden has a safe or SCIF...so I’m assuming the documents were just in cardboard box.

Now...only an odd observation. Back in 2016, Biden was already having some memory problems, so I don’t think he’s the guy who pushed them into the shipping box. It begs the question...who on his staff was arranging things?

The hypocritical media is doing contortions to fin a way to make Biden’s possession of HIGHLY classified documents less meaningful and unequal to Trump.

It won’t work. When you’re explaining, or making excuses, you’re losing. Trump 1, Biden 0 on this one.

“Nonetheless, it is quite satisfying to watch the Biden administration eat crow.”

Not really. Since they no longer have to face voters in fair elections, they could care less...

Was just watch Steve Bannon talking with Boris Epshteyn and Boris is reporting that the documents were Top Secret SCI and the documents were at a think tank funded by the CCP.

As Biden was the VP at the time, he was subject to the Federal Records Act, not Presidential Records Act.

There’s A Difference Between Biden And Trump’s Classified Documents Snafus, But It’s Not What You Think

Differences: Trump permitted to have docs pursuant to the Presidential Records Act; Biden as VP not covered by the PRA, and federal law Biden violated here has a criminal enforcement provision, unlike the PRA.

It’s worse for Biden because the VP does not have the power to declassify documents where the president does.

CBS news was quick to “report” that team Biden immediately self-reported the discovery, unlike Trump, who refused to cooperate with National Archives.

Richard Sauber to assist in the administration’s response to any potential Republican-led investigations.

There is far more to investigate then suspected 40 years worth.
