I was going by the report. But no matter what, if they find this man he’ll be in trouble. No judgement here; but trouble.

If someone uses a deadly weapon on you to steal a material item, they’ve already shown that an object is worth far more to them than your life. No quarter.

No offense to others on this forum but it is past the time when we could rationally discuss the system of pseudo justice as if it were genuine.
The system is now totally dependent upon which side of the corruption one has been brought to face the outcome. Plus judges were lawyers and lawyers have to be Leftist woke anti-Trump students or they won’t get their law degree. The tiny amount in the Heritage Foundation or a few others are the exceptions. So judges are Dems or Socialists often voted in or appointed in Dem areas. Prejudiced and deeply biased like Sotomayor as one example.
Any DC grand jury or court trial and judge will have 100% anti-white, anti-Trump outcome. There is almost no jury of one’s peers anywhere. Lawyers use professional witness selection corporations to weed out the prospective jurors.
The media have already either 1) blackened the name of some suspects or 2) brought out tearful sobs of sympathy from others, depending upon race and political affiliation.

His is not the pseudo justice dispensed by biased, prejudiced Leftists in the woke system. His is genuine justice. A shame he’s fictional.
An important distinction. That is what the coroner will determine. If he was already dead or had received mortal wounds, then the shot would not really mean anything. But you can guarantee that the perp’s family will sue.
