Just as Gaetz indicated, McCarthy is the sugar daddy supreme of these House Republicans, and they’re addicted to his teats. Exact same for McConnell in the Senate.

You sound like a very reasonable person.
The backdrop here the media doesn’t report is you have a huge segment of the country that has no representation because their Reps and party signed up with Joe Biden and his agenda to spend us into oblivion and tons of that money going to prop up Woke causes and Orgs that only exist to destroy traditional America, right down to our monetary system.
The impetus for the frustration is very important.
Gaetz is correct about McCarthy’s vanity. McCarthy is also an arrogant SOB considering that he has never accomplished anything in his life. He never had a job outside of government. That in itself demonstrates what a pussy McCarthy is. He never had the stones to make his mark on the world in the private sector. No one should be allowed to make a career out of government. I can’t think of anything more pathetic than lifer government employees. They are the ones that make government wasteful and ineffective. All they care about is their paychecks, benefits and pensions. Serving the American public is last on their list.
The thing is, there are no real proposed alternatives !
THAT is the terrifying problem !
This is Gaetz’s way of pushing McCarthy to take the conservatives’ deal.
What you see right now is the developing of the baseline as far as the House rules go, for when the next candidate for speaker steps forward.

McCarthy is an infiltrator. He was groomed for this position. To control the house for the bad guys no matter who had the majority. His history shows that he is not a friend of the constitution or freedom, justice, and liberty for all. He is in on the plan to tear this nation down and to bring it under the dominance of dark world forces.
Yet I have no doubt that he will be speaker. We have moved past the precipice. Those who are fighting against him are heros. But in this case I believe that evil will prevail. There are too few left to fight back.
It’s clear at this point that McCarthy is over the big hurdle, the opposition has dwindled from a high of 20, to now only 8.
He is 4 votes from out right winning the speakership.
He will get them, the question is simply what exactly he’s going to have to give to get them.

I doubt if he’ll ever “sign off” on anything, i.e., put anything in writing — ever. Even if he did, who would see to it that he kept up his end of the bargain? And McCarthy shouldn’t have to negotiate in order to do the right thing. If that’s not his first goal, then we conservatives do not want him.

At least the Republicans, and every single Senate Republican (sans three) could return every penny raised with A Republican label or letterhead.
They are 100% behind Joe Biden’s agenda, and they used Fraud to achieve their goals.
