BREAKING: Texas Supreme Court rules against father seeking to prevent 'chemical castration' of his son

Jeffrey Younger has lost his court case to prevent his ex-wife from taking their son to California, where he could be medically transitioned. Younger has been trying to stop this from happening for years, and has now reached the end of the line. He is prevented by the courts of Texas from protecting his boys from medical mutilation at the hands of their mother, who is a pediatrician. Younger has accused her of using the children to help advertise her "inclusive," "gender affirming" practice.

"The Supreme Court of Texas denied my Mandamus, effectively terminating my parental rights. My children are now subject to being chemically castrated in California. Texas is an empire of child abuse, led by Texas judges," he said.

This after Judge Kim Cooks, on October 24, said that both parents should have a "joint managing conservatorship," which each able to have "a say in his medical treatment," The Texan reported.

The custody case was before the Supreme Court of Texas, which ruled against Younger. Younger had issued a petition on December 16 to try to retain his parental rights after his ex-wife, Dr. Anne Georgulas, took the boys to California.

California has a law in place, starting on Sunday, that children in that state will not be returned to their home state in the event that the home state would prevent the children from being medically transitioned to present as the opposite sex. Younger wanted the boys brought home.

California Senate Bill 107, proposed by State Senator Scott Wiener and signed into law by Governor Gavin Newsom, will "prohibit the enforcement of an order based on another state’s law authorizing a child to be removed from their parent or guardian based on that parent or guardian allowing their child to receive gender-affirming health care

that said solution was worth him sitting in a jail cell for the rest of his life.

Assuming a jury would convict,

Texas courts may be woke but what about a Texas jury?

how far would you go to prevent this from happening to your children?

Speaking for myself...all the way to the electric char if necessary. Whatever it took to stop it.

The mother is nuts, and what she's doing to her son is evil. No doubt about it.

The problem is, the father has a few issues of his own. She divorced him when she found out he'd embellished stories about his employment and education, hid information about past marriages, and lied about his military career. (He claimed he'd fought in Iraq as a Marine, but it turns out, he was discharged from the Army for "admission of homosexuality.") More information here toward the bottom of the page.

He and the mother share joint legal custody of the kids, which means both parents are supposed to share in the medical decisions.

The mother has primary physical custody because the father moved out of the house and left the kids with her. Primary physical custody merely means the kids live mostly at her house.

So, this little boy has a mother who wants to harm him psychologically beyond repair, and she wants to start him on puberty blockers when he reaches puberty.

He has a father with a history of lying and embellishing stories. But, at least his father is fighting to keep the mother from harming him. Then again, you have to wonder about the father... I hope he really cares. I hope he's not just a con artist making money from donations to his cause.

This would stop no matter who had to die. He should call up a posse. Let’s find out how the hell many men are left in this country. He can’t do much alone at this point.

She’s a very popular pediatrician. And a nutter, of course. And the dad has made a few mistakes. I’m no expert on the case but it makes for some interesting reading. Poor boys.

.........well, great question!!

My answer is after living many decades in Texas and being born here and having been a principle in 5 jury trials (environmental, business deals as a developer) that it would all depend on what county you were in.

If you were in Travis County (Austin) your chances of being convicted by a jury would be high. But, if you were in say Brewster County, I highly doubt you would ever even be indicted and you probably would get elected Mayor!

A fair summary answer is, I think, that in the vast majority of the 254 counties in Texas you would not even be indicted.

“Except CA’s new laws basically prevent anything like that from happening.”

If there’s any karmic ending to this, when the boy realizes what’s been done to him and decides to go all Michael Myers (”Halloween,” 1978), mommy will be the first one he gets to.

I would posit that “mom” has been brainwashing the boy for some time now thereby robbing his innocence. Millstones come to mind and the Marianna Trench.

Reminds me of that scene from the movie "The Sixth Sense." At Kyra's funeral, her father finds out that her mother had been poisoning her. The child surreptitiously recorded the deed and had the video shown at her funeral, where her stricken father watched.

Medical mutilation at the hands of their mother.

If the Texas Supreme Court had any balls they would remover the mothers custody and charge her with child abuse and 2 years in prison.

How far up the ladder does stupidity have to go before it’s stopped.

There are other pictures of this boy dressed for Church and looking quite masculine!

The father should really have custody of both boys, and they should become Orthodox altar boys!!!!

The Governor of California and his “transgender sanctuary” law is a total disgrace! He also intends to mandate electric cars! He must NEVER become President!!!!

Do the doctors involved have any responsibility to involve both parents? If they’re not responsible, do they have any ethical issues?
