I watched the full trial. Lake’s team made a good effort, but they never proved malfeasance. A lot of hints and rumors, but any judge will need more than that to overturn an election.

That’s what’s so insidious about this situation.

It appears, based on laws and precedents, that it’s nearly impossible to prove malfeasance or fraud in elections. At least to the point where a judge would consider overturning the results.

The Republicans need to come up with a more modern solution.
