On Saturday, Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake lost her post-midterm election lawsuit against Democrat Governor-elect Katie Hobbs, which alleged Arizona voters were disenfranchised after actions by Hobbs and Maricopa County election officials.
According to local news, in dismissing Lake's case Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson paved the way for Katie Hobbs to be Arizona's next governor, but gave "both sides until Monday for Lake's side to appeal or for Hobbs' side to seek sanctions." Lake tweeted, "My Election Case provided the world with evidence that proves our elections are run outside of the law. This Judge did not rule in our favor. However, for the sake of restoring faith and honesty in our elections, I will appeal his ruling."On Wednesday, Lake's team argued that ballots in the election, which was won by Hobbs with fewer than 18,000 voted, were not valid after a review granted by the court.
Speaking at the courthouse on Thursday, Lake said "They admitted that they've known about these ballot problems."
One of Lake's experts in her case was professional investigator Heather Honey who used statements from Maricopa County election officials to make the case that legal requirements over chain of custody were not followed.

Lake isn’t an approved quality candidate. The type Mitch McConnell sees to it can’t be elected.
So GG we have NO RECOURSE the bastards steal the elections and the courts will NEVER rectify the wrong doing, this will continue there is no recourse, we will NEVER win another election!!!
The sad part is better lawyers could have won this one. Lake’s lawyers made two mistakes in this case.
1) They alleged thousands of Lake voters decided not to vote because of the chaos on Election Day, but there was not a single affidavit from such a voter.
2) They said the county violated chain of custody documentation rules, but then admitted those documents existed but had not been disclosed. They should have demanded disclosure of those documents.
Keep voting for followers of Satan and be amazed. This judge had a 73+ retention vote.
Don’t want to be ruled by Christians? Fine, you will be ruled by others.
Those "better" lawyers don't want to get disbarred.

Plus Hobb's is dumb enough to seek sanctions, giving Lake a second avenue of appeal and taint Hobbs for months.

According to the Twitter files, Hobbs had her office contact Twitter to censor posts related to the Arizona gubernatorial election. Hobbs also threatened Mohave County and Cochise County supervisors with prosecution if they did not certify the midterm election results."
Yeah, the state isn't going to touch this suit but it will be a ripe opportunity for a 6-3 SCOTUS to cast a jaundiced eye on an SoS who has recently been revealed to have been using the FBI backchannel to enforce Twitter censorship against 'the other party'.
An SoS certifying her own goobernatorial election? When the evidence -- why the GOP 'heat map'?, why the 19" vs 20" registration marks? why subsequently deliberately mix those mis-printed ballots? -- yields a qualified, determinable, disenfranchised voter class in a close election.
More fodder for the MSM.
No matter the proof, no matter the evidence, election challenges are only allowed by Democrats. We are WAY past free and fair elections and logical thinkers can only see one way it can change anditwon’t be pretty . . .

The fraud has been put into place to stop one political party - it can't be run effectively against candidates belonging to the party it was designed to benefit.

I don’t want to be ruled by anyone. That appears to be an issue with folks on both sides of the aisle. One side wants a free-for-all and the other to suck all the joy from life. No thanks.

The only way to win this game is NOT TO PLAY. Shut it all down.
This is what they do, they steal the election but it’s all “legal” or at least you can’t prove it was “illegal”.
Basically, if you needed 17,000 votes, you have to prove somebody deliberately changed or blocked those votes.
Statistics and showing they “screwed up” is not going to do it.
Of course the democrats messed up Maricopa County for Hobbs but you can’t “prove it” unless somebody actually comes forward and says they were in the room.
And even then you have to “prove” they prevented you from getting 17,000 votes.
I suspect no court will overturn an election unless you lost by 200 votes and here are the 201 specific voters who had their votes stolen on purpose by someone you can identify and prove their motive.

They didn’t find any voter fraud because they didn’t look for any voter fraud because there was no voter fraud.
Hey no big deal it just means the drug cartels will continue controlling our border.
When are we going to realize the cartels don’t just sit out these elections and risk their empires on a vote.
Their whole history is bribes, threats and corruption. And we are the major source of their income.
