The fight for Arizona continues as a judge has agreed to hear the evidence supporting claims that the 2022 gubernatorial race between Kari Lake and Katie Hobbs was riddled with election discrepancies and Republican voters were disenfranchised.
I just hope that the judge is not a crook
The judge knocked off the easy ones to prove. The two he left for trial will be very difficult to provide evidence to win on.

Barnes: no single source of limited, printed ballots begins the issue with chain of custody. using machines allows many ways to interfere with number of ballots. Centralised ballot counting (rather than at precinct) allows many chances to fudge with count.
Also: not sealing/storing ballots securely (e.g using scotch-tape rather than proper seals).

I’m watching this in a cold sweat. I was in charge of elections for three years, and I can’t even imagine being involved in this mess. If even ONE of these things had happened on my watch, it would have been a re-election without question. There are hundreds of problems here.

I was so surprised when the judge ruled toward a trial and thought finally a fair honorable black robe…sigh. This circus 🎪 is fix! Sad…we keep losing at every turn. Today was the final blow with this trillion dollar heist against its citizens.
The IT expert testimony confirms to me that Maricopa designed an election system that will fail.
On election day the Maricopa officials made an early announcement that they were having problems at 25% of the voting centers.
How many people decided to not vote because they heard about the problems?
Today we find out the printers were printing a 19 inch ballot that the tabulators rejected.
Then the Maricopa officials claim they do not have an obligation to test the printers before the election.
How many snafu’s is Maricopa allowed before a judge says ‘enough is enough?
Hopefully, the State and Maricopa Election Procedures Manual has enough words in it to hang these officials.
