Barnes: no single source of limited, printed ballots begins the issue with chain of custody. using machines allows many ways to interfere with number of ballots. Centralised ballot counting (rather than at precinct) allows many chances to fudge with count.
Also: not sealing/storing ballots securely (e.g using scotch-tape rather than proper seals).
Why in the world is Kari’s attorney being so combative with the judge?
