The fight for Arizona continues as a judge has agreed to hear the evidence supporting claims that the 2022 gubernatorial race between Kari Lake and Katie Hobbs was riddled with election discrepancies and Republican voters were disenfranchised.

Kari’s attorney is just awful. Dirty scraggly hair, it looks like a rip in the back of his jacket. I hope he does a good enough job that the judge can overlook that.
(I wonder if Kari had the opportunity to choose a jury trial.)

The Richer guy testifying gets really stupid when it’s convenient. “I’m sorry. I don’t understand the question.” And he’s not an attorney so he doesn’t understand the election law that he follows every single day. Riiiight.

Now the equipment is malfunctioning. It must be similar to the Bermuda Triangle, only this one is in Maricopa County.

They tested the equipment earlier, and it functioned perfectly.
When my stream first started and I saw the long hair I assumed that was someone for the defense, but I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt until we see how this plays out.
What I want to know is, why is this first testimony being done over video, and not in person?
He appears to have lawyers just off camera feeding him answers. Looks like he’s looking at hand signals, answers on paper, you name it.
He’s the recorder for elections for the same county where the trial is taking place, and he can’t be required to show up in person?
If testimony over camera is ever allowed, it should be fully zoomed out to show what’s going on in the room, not just barely showing the person’s head, this is ridiculous.

I'm trying not to laugh, but this whole thing is so ridiculous, I'm having a hard time stopping myself. I keep getting images of Wile E. Coyote in my head, when thinking about Republicans and election security. Heaven please help us.

He was obviously just reading that long answer off of paper. Magically the camera at RSBN was zoomed out to the whole courtroom the whole time. As soon as he finished reading, it zoomed back in the monitor. This is BS.
