Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y. is criticizing Arizona Sen. Kyrsten Sinema after she announced her decision to leave the Democratic Party and register as an independent on Friday.
Sinema announced the decision in an Arizona Republic op-ed published on Friday, criticizing America's two party system.
"Americans are told that we have only two choices – Democrat or Republican – and that we must subscribe wholesale to policy views the parties hold, views that have been pulled further and further toward the extremes," Sinema wrote. "Most Arizonans believe this is a false choice, and when I ran for the U.S. House and the Senate, I promised Arizonans something different."
In response, Ocasio-Cortez said that Sinema doesn't offer "a single concrete value or policy she believes in

She’s treading the needle to get re-elected. I don’t see that turning out well, but who knows. AZ is corrupt to the core. There are no fair elections in AZ.
I’m sure AOC’s displeasure is causing real sleepless nights in the Sinema household.

Sinema’s move means nothing, for now.
Schumer is letting her keep her committed positions. Telling me that this is more of a political than ideological move and that she has promised Schumer that she’ll still be voting with the Democrats.
But, Title 42 is about to end. Illegals are camped out on the border waiting for it to end. When it does, they will be flooding hospitals, docs in a box, and urgent care clinics all over the border. Overwhelming them.

Arizona is about to catch holy hell. And if Abbott can tighten up the Texas border even more, the human flow will just shift left and head to Az, NM, Cali
AOC....Another Obnoxious Communist....is upset because her bogus party is losing control of the House on January 3rd, and it’s getting to her.
We are already overwhelmed here in NYC, where many of them came. Medical care is the first to suffer.
Maybe there will more defections from the Dems to come, and for better reasons. Let’s hope.

Hospital emergency rooms are overwhelmed. At one hospital here, they treat the ER patients first in the course of the day, probably because they don’t want to incur the cost of admitting them and having to keep them overnight or longer. That means the hospital patients have to wait till late in the day for their operations, forcing them to refrain from food and water from 12 midnight until sometimes the evening.
Some doctors have started refusing to treat ALL Medicare patients. Others treat them but a patient has to wait months for an appointment.
