So theft is like a government program now.

Yes, spread the wealth by hook or by crook.

Literally

Shop lifting is now welfare in the former American state of California

The concept of redistribution of wealth has been shifted to the poor who can now go and access the wealth of others directly with no governmental middleman.

Why would anyone go to Walmart, except to loot? It used to be to buy ammo, but you can’t do that anymore. I dare anyone to try!

I can remember when looting took place due to hurricanes, etc, the ONLY ITEMS NOT TAKEN WERE WORK BOOTS.

“So theft is like a government program now.”

Yes, it’s a social justice style of reparation.

And it most definitely is an intentional government program, created by the fact that the governments won’t arrest and prosecute thieves.

So it’s a defacto government program.
