My guess is there will be a plea agreement. With the case closed, authorities will say the evidence is no longer relevant and will be locked away.
The FBI covered up for Dennis Hastert. I would wager that the longest serving Republic Speaker of the House was put there to make the trains run on time and because he was a pedophile.
So in effect, all the actual evidence is sealed and the only way to see it is the equivalent of an NDA.
This sort of secrecy for what was sold to the public as a home invasion only proves it was not a home invasion.

Neither De Pape, Pelosi nor the cops present will ever give testimony under oath as to what really happened. Nor will any surveillance videos or body cam recordings will ever be viewed by the public. De Pape will be paid off, plead guilty to some reduced charge, sentenced to time served, deported and the whole case will be forgotten. The Left will not allow the Pelosi legacy tarnished and its core decadence exposed. Much of what has happened to the US is best understood when analyzing and considering the queer perversions of Obama, the Clintons,the Biden family Congressional leaders such as Pelosi and the similar ilk they have brought in to run the government.

Exactly... if he were the "right winger" the left claims, they'd have leaked tons of information to the "media." The fact the feds seem only interested in deporting the supposed attacker brings to question whether this so-called "attack" ever took place at all.
